Bensadoun School (McGill University)

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA

McGill University has appointed Ædifica with the task of illustrating and developing the architectural concept of the first school entirely dedicated to retail: Bensadoun School of Retail Management (BSRM).

As the retail industry changes globally, the new Bensadoun School will become a unique and exceptional centre in the heart of Montreal for students, researchers and professionals. The design of the new school has been conceived to support an innovative vision. Particular attention was paid to the building’s facade and the interior layout of the first two floors of the Bronfman building at the corner of McTavish and Sherbrooke.

Our team designed a lightweight structure on the facade of the common interior space, which will include an innovation, teaching and research laboratory.
