The gateway to the Quartier des spectacles, 2-22 will become a cornerstone of Montréal culture. The building is home to CIBL Radio, La Vitrine culturelle and Imago project partners. LEED-NC silver level certified, this green building is characterized by a double glass wall made of wood, a local material, overlaid with glass. The irregular openings on the facade reflect the activities that take place on the different floors: the exhibition galleries on the upper levels benefit from controlled lighting, while the large openings let maximum natural light into the work environments. The atrium on the ground floor and mezzanine is ideal for public events and exhibitions, as well as CIBL broadcasts.
